The Santa Hustle 5K Galveston brought runners and walkers together for a lively holiday themed event, and IPR Healthcare proudly joined the celebration. Our team members, Wendy Shafer, Michael Shafer and Angela Covarrubio, completed the Santa Hustle 5K Galveston with enthusiasm and strong team spirit. Their participation reflected our commitment to wellness, positivity and active involvement in the community.
Throughout the morning, the festive atmosphere motivated participants from start to finish. Many runners dressed in creative holiday outfits, and the large Santa display at the finish line added excitement. Wendy wore an elf themed outfit that brought extra holiday cheer, while Michael and Angela focused on pacing and finishing strong. The Santa Hustle 5K Galveston offered a unique opportunity for our staff to support a healthy lifestyle and represent IPR in a meaningful way.
This event also allowed us to connect with the Galveston community. We believe wellness extends beyond medical care, and events like the Santa Hustle help promote health through enjoyable activities. Our involvement highlights how staying active can be fun and rewarding. The race encouraged teamwork, perseverance and community support, values that our organization embraces daily.
We also remain involved in local outreach throughout Greater Houston. For example, visit our latest community article here:
