Meet Vina Batuigas, our incredible Billing Manager here at IPR Home Health and Hospice. Vina’s journey with us began in 2002, when she joined as the IT/Billing Assistant under the guidance of the former Billing Manager, Elena Crawford. Her dedication, adaptability, and passion for excellence have been the foundation of her remarkable career growth.
Over the years, Vina has taken on numerous roles, including Billing Supervisor, mastering a wide range of tasks across Payroll, Clinical Documentation, and Billing. Her unmatched versatility and deep understanding of IPR’s operations have made her an indispensable part of our team.
Though Vina primarily works behind the scenes, her contributions are monumental. She is the glue that keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring the highest level of efficiency and accuracy. Her colleagues admire her quiet strength, leadership, and unwavering commitment to our mission.
