She then transitioned to psychiatric care, where she held a management position for three years, gaining valuable insight into handling complex care environments before making the shift to home health. After just six months with IPR Healthcare, Cameka’s dedication and leadership were recognized, and she was proudly offered and accepted the branch manager position.
